My friend Kim hired me to photograph her children and step children as a birthday present for her husband. After thinking about the shoot I asked her if she was willing to jump in at the end of the shoot for a few shots with her children. I really wanted to capture the love I see between Kim and her children. I started thinking about the shoot and imagined it as a lifestyle type session. I wanted to capture them playing, interacting, dancing and holding each other tight. I definitely want to do more of these Mama and Me sessions. They are my new favorite!
